The Kantha Collection

Folk. Artistry. Storytelling.

Kantha lays at the cross-roads of art, craft, fashion & design, combining meticulous artistry, story-telling & thrift. Deeply rooted in India, it is rich in history and meaning.

Our Kantha Collection is for those who cherish beauty, the imperfection of the handmade, and believe in the power of cloth to tell stories and connect worlds.

A humble art, created today as it has been for centuries in small, unassuming village homes, this ancient folk tradition has a timeless appeal. This collection is an ode to the artisans, designed to showcase their finest kantha on exquisite fabrics & in relaxed silhouettes.

Each piece has been laboriously hand embroidered over many months by women's cooperatives in rural West Bengal & the clothing stitched by brothers Parvez & Lal in Delhi.
